RETURN POLICY

• ALL REFUND CASES MUST BE INITIATED VIA CONTACT US OR DIRECT EMAIL AT INFO@EVANTO.STORE

• Items may be returned within 14 days of the shipping date.​

• Items returned must be new and unworn (no wash to the clothes, no fragrance applied, no pet hair/dander, no stains/marks). Otherwise, no refund shall be granted; items will be checked accordingly.

• If the item came in damaged, please contact us here or email us directly at info@evanto.store within 3 days of the delivered date with your name, order number, description of defect(s), and appropriate evidence. Otherwise, the case will be voided.

• SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS NON-REFUNDABLE; those who wish to have their purchase(s) refunded will not have the shipping and handling fees refunded, and those who want to return their purchase(s) will have to pay for the shipping and handling fees for the return.

• All items purchased on sale (store sale; this does not include application of coupons/discount codes) are FINAL SALE and are NON-REFUNDABLE
